This is the first look at the announcement of the forthcoming Canninghill Piers Singapore. Canninghill is a brand new integrated development which includes the retail component Canninghill Square as well as Canninghill Piers condos that offer 696 units of residential homes.
This project is constructed on the former site of Liang Court at River Valley which is located within Fort Canning Hill and the Singapore River.

Alongside the 2-storey commercial podium that will be managed through CapitaMall, Canninghill Square will include with the 21-storey Moxy Hotel, which is operated through Marriott International, and 20-storey serviced residences that have a hotel licence.

This planned development to cover 100,263 square meters that is approximately 1.1 million square metres of floor area.
The design overall will consist of four towers that differ in height. Two of them will be residential towers that will be facing each one in a diagonal manner. The two other towers will be residential and hotel blocks. The entire building will be situated on the double-storey retail as well as F&B podium.
Each of the four towers is set apart to maximize views, and also to open up the courtyard at the heart of the podium for retail to open to the sky.
The most notable aspect of the design is a flowing drape of fabric across the façade. It is designed to connect the towers visually together and create a distinct architectural style.
The landscaping of Canninghill Piers will reflect its surroundings, and extend its lush vegetation of Fort Canning Park to its own rooftop terraces.
In the meantime the portion of the road, which is currently separating the site from the river will be converted into an open-air promenade along the riverfront. It will seamlessly integrate with the lively Clarke Quay lifestyle precinct along the entire stretch.
In the future residents will be able to walk through the river from Fort Canning Hill to Pearl’s Hill City Park through the river, in line with the URA master plan.
It is expected that the Canninghill Piers showflat will be opening for sale in the near future. Viewings slots will be available on a first-come-first-served appointment basis only, as there is a cap on numbers.
